Dr. Natalie Cernecka is a distinguished professional in the fields of education technology and artificial intelligence. Currently, she serves as the Strategic Education Project Manager at EIT Manufacturing, where she leads the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, focusing on cultivating advanced technological skills across Europe.

 

Prior to this role, Dr. Cernecka was the Head of Business Development at TeraLab, a big data and AI platform, overseeing European projects and fostering innovation in data-driven technologies. As the Director of Partnerships at OpenClassrooms, an edtech startup, she spearheaded the launch of online training programs in various deep tech disciplines, enhancing accessible education.

 

Dr. Cernecka earned her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. Her academic career includes positions in the UK, France, and Japan, contributing to international research and education. She also has experience in international relations, having worked in Latvia and the UK.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Cernecka co-organizes Paris Women in Machine Learning and Data Science, a community promoting women's participation in these fields, which boasts over 5,000 members. Her multifaceted career reflects a commitment to advancing technology, education, and diversity in STEM.
