EIT Digital, a leading European digital innovation and entrepreneurial education organization, is seeking a Unipreneurship Specialist. This full-time position is based in Budapest, Hungary. The application deadline is January 24, 2025, at 23:59 CET.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute projects funded by European programs.
Manage activities with consortium partners and stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to EU regulations.
Funding Acquisition
Identify, draft, and manage proposals for EU funding opportunities to expand Unipreneurship services.
Oversee grant application processes, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with universities, technology transfer offices, researchers, startups, and corporations.
Reporting and Compliance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to business plans and EU grant requirements.
Handle administrative tasks related to funding, reporting, and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
3-5 years of project management experience with European-funded programs such as Horizon Europe or Erasmus+, including proposal writing, reporting, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
Strong knowledge of project administrative and financial aspects.
Proven relationship management skills and experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with both academic and innovation communities.
Experience in developing and delivering entrepreneurial education programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Fluency in English.
