EIT Digital, a leading European digital innovation and entrepreneurial education organization, is seeking an Ecosystem Lead North to enhance its partner ecosystem in Northern Europe. Responsibilities
Partner Engagement: Recruit, retain, and engage partners in EIT Digital's innovation and education activities.
Consortium Development: Form strong consortia for European and national funding proposals to achieve impact and financial goals.
Project Management: Oversee the execution and reporting of regional projects, ensuring operational excellence.
Event Organization: Shape and support high-quality events to engage and activate partners in the North Region.
Requirements
Master's degree in STEM, preferably digital technology.
Over 5 years of operational management experience in R&D or innovation organizations.
Proven experience in EU call preparation, proposal writing, and project execution.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or Estonian is a strong asset.
