This role focuses on managing and coordinating EIT Digital's activities, supporting regional teams, and handling administrative tasks within the Italian branch. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the implementation and reporting of regional, national, and EU-funded projects, including initiatives like EDIH DIPS and MIA Lombardia.
Grant Support: Assist in grant acquisition and proposal preparation.
Administrative Support: Facilitate ecosystem operations and partner interactions.
CRM Coordination: Develop and maintain customer relationship management data.
Operational Management: Handle purchase orders, documentation, accounting, and reporting activities.
Office Logistics: Manage logistics, supplier relationships, security measures, and access procedures for EIT Digital's offices in Italy.
Executive Support: Provide direct operational and administrative assistance to the CEO and Regional Director South as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a STEM field; a Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing and reporting on funded projects.
Skills: Strong understanding of administrative processes, event planning, and execution.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
Languages: Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
